MOTAT SOMETHING OUT OF NOTHING
WHAT: Take a horse drawn carriage back in time and experience what life was like at the turn of the 20th Century. MOTAT is hosting an educational school holiday experience called Something out of Nothing. The programme focuses on the resourceful nature of the Victorians. Activities include coal shoveling races, elastics, hopscotch, stilts and sack races, and the ‘make n take' area where kids can make their very own Victorian book or board game.

PICK IT UP 2 YOUTH CONCERT
WHAT: Fresh from the success of the inaugural Pick It Up Youth Concert in July, Dawn Raid is putting on a second event for those under 18 years.
Joining the bill are Nesian Mystik and Scribe who will share the stage with J. Williams, Savage, DJ Sir-Vere, Sweet and Irie and Che Fu. This is truly a line up of the ‘who's who' in New Zealand urban music and will be the only time you can see all these artists for only $10.
